Optional Technical Support Direct to your Customers: You the reseller can get technical support from us at any time. Normally we deal directly with you, the reseller, and your customers do not have any contact with us. However, if you want to take a load off of your back, then we can help. $1 per user per month (min $10). We setup a support ticket system linked transparently to your domain name. The same ticket system we use for our standard customers. Your customers may logon at any time to ask questions, get basic problems answered, etc. Our replies will goto the user using your domain name, not ours. The system allows you to answer tickets as well, and keep track of what has been answered. Questions we can't answer directly by our staff get automatically routed to you.
